A Horrible year long nightmare extended

Wildwood Acres is nice, at a glance, and the office workers are nice and helpful, at first...However, I was hooked into living here a whole year ago along with my husband and 10 month old son. The place was filthy when I moved in, and there have been problems with anything and everything ever since. I fell in the shower, and a hole resulted, revealing the rotted woodwork and lack of drywall behind my shower tile, it took them 5 full months to fix that. The LEAD paint was peeling in my tub, and they told me that I needed to vacate my apartment for atleat 24 hours inorder for them to repaint it and that they needed written notice. So I gave them the notice and went on vacation to Chicago for a week. Guess what I came back to: An apartment with changed locks so I couldn't even get in with my mow 16 month old son melting in the car...When I finally did get in, my shower was exactly the same as when I left. Who paints bath tubs anyway' When they finally fixed it 5 months after it was originally reported, they decided to replace the tub itself, which I was thrilled with, however, the old tub was completely rusted and even had holes in it near the fixtures that had been caulked over. My back door didn't close for 6 months, the sink clogged and drained into the dishwasher, which is too disgusting to use, and leaked all over my house and onto the carpet, there is wood in my sons room that is rotting, not to mention that my lease is up in July and because I didn't give them notice in may that I was leaving, when my lease expires, they are charging me two months rent. This place has been an absolute nightmare, NEVER MOVE TO WILDWOOD ACRES!!!!
