Not so Bad

I do have to say what some of these people are saying is correct, you have a dirt yard for a backyard, you do have issues with the apts because they are older. I moved in February, it is affordable and its private. The neighbors are pretty quiet and nice. My backyard was awful, but i went out and bought a couple cans of grass seed. I planted them and within a month it made a difference. It was hard to grow in some spots due to who ever lived there first. We put a swingset up for the kids, mulched and kept up with the grass. Yeah there are some minor problems, but hey its only a rented home not a brand new house i had built.
I was very impressed with maintance especially after reading this site, i wrote a list of things i needed corrected when i moved in and they were fixed the next day. I have had a couple emergency maint. issues and the maint. men were there right away.
I have to say that overall its been a pleasureable expierence. For the price you pay and what you get I cant complain.
