WE FOUND A HAVEN AT WILDWOOD

I read some of the reviews of this place and had to write one of my own.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, safe place to live.

I admit the buildings are old and some need repair, but maintenance came out whenever we called and made necessary repairs.

I loved the backyard, washer/dryer out back instead of laundromat and generally nice neighbors.
There are a lot of long time residents who live here and make it their home.

The two years we were there(2004 and 2005) we were treated well.

All residents were given Turkeys on both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The streets are safe to walk even late into the night, all residents watch out for each other and look out if you need anything.

When we were threatened with a Hurricane approaching Tampa, the main office gave out sandbags to anyone who wanted them and helped everyone shore up their homes as best they could.
A rental is not like your own home, but this comes close.
