Apartment living is never ideal. But for the most part this place is one of the better places I have lived in. It's quiet, the neighbor's are ALL very friendly and all have offered to help or just welcomed us to the neighborhood. Which makes this feel like you are living in a home. The rent is not nearly as high as what I had been paying. 1305 a month for a 1100 square foot apartment that had mold and was infested with coch roaches no matter how many times they sprayed. So this place is like a heaven after that horrible place. The yard is great for my kids and dogs.
