I'm living in one of the apartments overlooking the swimming pool. I have no yard, but a nice terrace. It is idyllic, really. Great light, good air, mostly quiet. The grounds people are very industrious. Most of my problems have been taken care of quickly; all of them have been taken care of eventually. People stick to themselves, so it's not very social. But all in all, a good place to be, close to USF, and close to a beautiful park at Lettuce Lake.
