Wildwood Acre

 

I've been living here for 6 months now.

I loved it at first, having your own backyard is awesome, especially if you have a pet like I do.

However, recently things have gotten so bad.

I have MICE, roaches, ants, and who knows what else in my apartment! I have had pest control come every single month, and they have never gotten rid of the bugs.

As for the mice, after calling twice, I had someone come and put bait or something.

They said the mice would be gone in a week.

It's been over a week and the mice are STILL waking me up during the night.

My laundry room/spare bedroom/office now smells like mouse piss and there is mouse poop all over the a/c closet.

The mouse was IN my dryer vent frequently.

The kitchen cabinets are SOOO old, and they are rotting.

I have had several problems with my a/c, my bathtub doesn't drain, and the doors and windows aren't sealed properly.

Overall, I hate that i have all these bad things to say about this place.

It seems ideal, with a backyard, good location, and lots of other great qualities, unfortunately all the bad stuff has made it so I won't live here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
