I have lived at Wildwood for over 8 years. I love the location and the rent is great considering you have your own yard. I have had some maint. issues but I have enough since to know with the age of the units that is going to happen. I have only had to wait to get things fixed that was not an emergency. Still the wait was not unreasonable. I will rent here for another year and then have enough money to buy my own home. I would suggest if you have common since and understand apartment life this is a great place. You will not find another rental with your own yard that is as nice as this. Oh as far as the office staff........they have been nice to me and I know that don't take crap from people who don't pay their rent so think about that!!!
