WOW....reading the reviews you can see some people are just down right stupid.
Wildwood Acres is an older property.
Yes things break.
It is the only apartment I have seen that has a great fenced in yard and no one above me.
Sure I have had to have the guys come out more then once to fix the same thing a couple of time.
They did fix it and it just goes to show they are human.
The staff in the office is alway nice to me and my neighbors say the samething.
I like the office because they don't put up with any crap or trash living here and when you see people move they either bought a home, lost there job, moving out of state ot they throught them out because they ended up being trash.
I would tell anyone looking.
If you want a rental that is like a home with a fenced in yard.
Check it out and make your own judgement.
You will then understand the negative notes must have come from the trash they through out.

I can tell you that I am not STUPID, I am just informing people how unhappy I am with the place. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes, and this one is by far the worst. I will give it to you that the neighbors are quite, but that's the only positive. There are plenty of times when I had to call the office multiple times because they never came by to try and fix the problem in the first place. I understand that the place is older, but if it takes someone more than four times to come out to my place and fix something, and the problem still isn't fixed, that just means someone is incompetent to fix it. I would love the backyard too, if it didn't flood. I have to remind myself that I didn't install a pool in the backyard, it's just from the rain. I don't know where you live, but I live in Wildwood Acres.
