The staff is unresponsive to your complaints. They try to down play any problem that you may report. My air conditioning wasnt working and I reported it to the office. A month later is still wasnt fixed and my electricity bill went from 30 to 100 dollars the following month because the problem was not fixed. The leasing agents tell you all different things and dont know what is going on.
