When I came to Willowbrook, the staff was very helpful. I really liked them throughout my lease. However, it seemed better than it was initially. After I moved in, I learned that it was entirely ghetto. I found myself watching my car 24/7 even though I lived right by a police officer. The residents consisted of shady characters. Some were obvious crackheads and others were just plain scary. What really showed me that it was ghetto though was when some neighborhood children walked by talking about guns. That was when I knew I needed to get out of there. When I walked to the laundry room I could smell people smoking weed. And, I had my panties stolen repetatively out of the dryer. Again, none of this is the managements fault. They were actually very classy people. I know if you are a girl thinking to live alone, there are peepers, so please be careful. I would never live there again. Loud rap music at 4 in the morning and police constantly there looking for people is something I cannot deal with again.
