My husband and I have been here for years and we have had numerous problems. From noise problems because of loud music that the office personell will not do anything about to the tile floor above us on the second floor. Who's idea it was toput tile floor on a second story apartment I have no idea, but if our neighbors are up at 6am wearing shoes in their house we know it. The latest thing is our apartment manager decided to have a tree chopped down right outside our bedroom window at 7am. When we called to ask if there was any other time they could do this she said no and that we'd just have to live with it. When we moved in we were told there were roaches in our apartment and they would take care of them. This was probably the only thing they've held up to. FOr our first year here we had a thirty year old air handler unit which froze up every other day in the summer. If it isn't one thing its another with this place and we are sick of this mess

as of 10:51 am the idiots that were trying to remove the tree right around a water main did the usual thing for willow broke maintence and made the porblem worse. They broke the water main and water was spraying all over the place. Welcome to willow brooke all!! OMG they busted that water main and it's about an hour later.The water main stopped flowing and guess what! THey are back to working on that treestump! LMAO this place is just to crazy. I told my husband we better leave before they blow up our apartment. (knock on wood)

HAha TRUE story, and to top it all off when they decided to complete the repairs on the water main (several attempts no less) they decided to do it in the morning. So while most people are ready for the normal routine and start the day off with a pot of coffee, a nice hot shower and you can guess the rest, there was no water.
