I have been here for almost 3 years now and have seen this place do nothing but go downhill. There are pros and cons, yet the cons are prevailing. Staff is very friendly when your face to face. They prefer however to do their dirty work via notes on your door. Maintenance is usually very responsive but I can Jerry rig it myself, if I call maintenance I want it done right. The management simply needs to get priorities straight! My rent keeps increasing as the years go but not the quality. Slapping a coat of paint on the building doesnt make it better. Spending $275 on planters (and there are many of them), and constantly changing the floral array in front of the office is simply money wasted. Fact is they are now running specials, 1 month free, $200 off rent for referrals and everyone and everything is now moving in. I have seen 3 people move in and back out of 1 apartment within a year. If your looking for a run of the mill apartment and prefer to keep to yourself, sign up. If its more of a community with modern amenities that your looking for pass by.

Dear "Happy". I'm not sure what world your living in but in my world we all sign contracts called leases, therefore yes there is someone making me stay so to speak. Maybe staff doesn't have to sign leases, wouldn't surprise me. And I also am nothing but fair with my posts on here and would like to update. The fence has been fixed, blown bulbs have been replaced and it seems the staff is now acknowledging the problems. It took several walk arounds with maintenance staff and hand delivering pictures to the office but hey it worked. BTW no one is two words :)

Well i'm sorry but I do not go around telling people how to correct their spelling. Rude people like you in the world makes it a bad place. Why did you say something about the staff signing leases? To me that honestly doesn't have to do with anything!
