Health department should look at conditions

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I am astounded that they can charge so much for these NASTY FILTHY apartments. They do not clean between tenants and claim amenities that do not exist to rent to new people. New bathroms and kitchens' Twenty years ago, maybe.
