I have lived at Willowbroke since 2005 and am not impressed with the other complexes around USF or in Tampa Palms. Other renters have posted similar concerns with staff, maintenance, parking and crime. My rent for a 2 bedroom is below 700 (however it will rise if I re-up) and I may stay here for another year because I don't want to pay 300 more for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment to have the same problems.

My friend lives in Oak Ramble and her car was stolen last week. I was sold on moving to ---- Croix or Lakeview Oaks and realized there are more noise violations and apartment burglaries there than in Willowbrooke. So why pay 200-400 more for a similar space in a "better-looking" building.

I'm one of the ones who drive through with my car on blast but I obey the speed limit. There is nothing wrong with the oocassional party. I also live near the fence of Hidden Palms and I consistently hear loud music and gun shots coming from over the fence. Do not blame the Willow Brook property for all of those offenses because the people who leave on the outskirt of the property near 42nd have peaceful apartments.

With maintenance, each problem that we have had in 2 years, have been addressed either the same day or the following day (bathroom roof caving in, garbage disposal on the fritz, windows not opening, refrigerator malfunction, a/c malfunction, everything.

Well I must say that i'm not pleased with this place at all the office staff is lazy and the maintinence doesn't like to work it's easier for them to ride on their golf carts instead of working on stuff they should be doing.Instead of spending our rent money they get from us every month on useless things like plant pots and puting new flowers in front of the office every week.

The FREQUENT parties by my apartment that are every other night and last until 4am at least are very annoying. How do you get maintainance to come the same or next day? It always takes MULTIPLE requests and I usually end up almost forgetting about the problem before they get around to it.
