I will be straight up. I live in the G building, to leave management somewhat guessing I will leave out the #. It has become QUITE annoying around my building now that this mental case has moved into the next building. He wanders around the grounds all hours of the day and night screaming at his ugly excuse for a dog that apparently has no name but hey you, yo, hey dog, etc. This little mutt wanders all around the property while he is nowhere in sight, lying on the walkways, in the middle of the street/parking areas. I pulled into a parking space and almost hit the dog. As I was at the mailbox the other day I very nicely confronted him and suggested he leash the dog for the animals safety and was then SCREAMED at and told I have no right to tell him what the #@#$ to do his parents own this place and he will do whatever the hell he wants to do. And apparently this IS the case. His dog is never leashed (property policy), he disturbs the peace screaming outside my windows at 3am, he brings the dog down to the pool (no animal in pool area policy), ALLOWS the dog in the pool and many other policy infractions that seem to be disregarded by the staff. I don't even want to allow my child out to play in fear of this man who has OBVIOUS mental issues and is allowed to roam around and disobey every rule.

I am sooooo sorry this happened. I will get with his family and have this straightened out immediately. As manager of Willow Brooke for 15 years, I will not stand for this out of anyone. Favoritism is not a true statement and sorry you did not feel you could come to me. Debbie

Yes! Definite favoritism to the ones management likes and everyone else does not get the time of day! Favoritism IS THE REALITY OF LIVING HERE!!! As a resident that is REPEATEDLY treated like crap AND complaints IGNORED, management is NOT who runs the complex.
