Anyone who thinks that this place is great who are you really fooling'This place is desperate need of a make over,but first let me begin with annoying neighbors,and people who can't take care of their children(and if it's to much of a responsibility then do not have them)no one is here to watch your kids for you!The other thing is the parking are you joking all the cars here and I bet you 25% of them do not even live here, and as far as a couresy officer living here must be the biggest joke of them all he just happens to reside here and the management must have graduated from the the university of DUH!!!The only thing that I can say is atleast half way decent is the maintenance dept.but management is still shady so pretty much in laymans terms this place is a laughing stock if management just happens to read this and i know they will you might want to consider some actual renovations OTHER THAN NEW PLANTS EVERY OTHER WEEK and stop wasting our hard earned money on thing this place really does not need!HINT try fixing the gates!!!!!!

I am signing to live there and I actually love it. Granted I haven't lived there yet and I come from South Tampa where rent is $800 for 600 sq feet for a 1/1. I think this place checks out to be great. sorry you had such bad times.
