I moved to Tampa from Tennessee, without a lot of money and very high expectations. My credit was bad and I have a pit/lab mix that gets into everything! Nobody would take me with credit like mine and a dog like that, but Willow Brook did. I looked at several apartments and there was always something wrong with them- either there was no fitness center, or it was too expensive, or they didn't allow big dogs, or I didn't like the apartments, etc. At Willow Brook, I met the management and saw how well-kept the apartments were, I moved in the next couple weeks. My apartment was beautiful! And the price' Unbelievable!! It's so affordable!! It's so close to everything, the gas station is literally a quick walk, I've walked to the gas station a hundred times. The bus conveniently picks you up right at the entrance of the apartment, and there are beautiful palm trees all over the complex. They put in new carpet and the apartment was beautifully cleaned. I've been living here for about 6 months now and any time I have a problem, I call the front desk and they send maintenance the very same day! They even put dog bags and trash cans everywhere for convenience. The pool, fitness, laundry, yard, front office, etc. is always very nice and well-kept. Willow Brook hosts pool parties and cook outs and days for kids to hang out. How many apartment complexes actually care enough to do things like that for their tenants' I feel so at home and comfortable here, as long as I am living in an apartment, it will always be Willow Brook. I am an actual tenant; I am not getting anything in return for writing this review, I am just so impressed with where I am living, I have no problem taking time out to brag about finding such a place. =) Have a great day!!

I think it's funny that this so called "tenant"is praising this complexe and the office staff. This must be someone in the office and if had a guess I would say this is Cheryl (the so called property manager). Ok now let's forget about the previous so called "tenants review" and let's get honest on here shall we. First of all i've been here little over two years and i've seen and heard alot. Recently earlier in the year there were some staff changes in the office and I have to say not so bright for the company. I call for a repair request and get a no show in my apartment, I have to keep calling down there over and over again and then I give up and have my dad come and fix the problem. When I go in the office I get ignored and their always rude to me. The only thing they did right was to get rid of Desiree (rude,bad attitude,just plain nasty) but the other girls in the office need to start respecting their residents and treat them good considering we're the reason why their working. Since I've been living here my car has gotten broken into twice,I've seen drug deals right outside in the parking lot many times and have discussed this with the manager but nothing seems to happen as well as loud neighbors above me and along side of me,music blasting and fighting. The apartment and buildings are not in the best of conditions. When I came here and looked at the apartment it was ok,I liked the fact it was new carpet and counter tops were nice,I was promised that apartment and when I came to move in they (Cheryl) never told me she previously rented the apartment to someone else and gave me apartment that did not have new nor clean carpet,the counter tops had burn marks on them all over,the bathroom tub had so many rust spots you couldn't take a bath, the frig was all bent up. When I confronted her about all the problem issues she had stated that she would fix it,after complaining over and over again I sent a letter to the main management company at that time and nothing happen. After 6 months of living like this I had my dad come fix my apartment for me, what a shame it is that i'm a paying resident at Willow Brooke and I have to have my dad do the repairs for me. I am a fulltime student at USF and work only 15 hrs a week so I can't afford to move and it's so close to my college that is the ONLY reason why I stay here but I have one more year at USF and once that is done I will be having the biggest smile on my face when I'll be leaving this aweful complexe and never looking back. I am writing this to warn people to NOT move into Willow Brooke. RUN! Be smarter than the ones who were lied to and taken avantage of. And to the staff at Willow Brooke because I know your reading this, try to be nice and smile once in awhile and maybe when a resident request a repair you will actually send someone and do the job and maybe finally fix the noise complaints and bad bad drug problems in the complexe.
