unless you have an unnatural love of stepping in dog ---- ever single time you walk to get your mail, or having every inch of your apartment crawling with bugs (spiders, roaches, ants, etc.)i would not recommend Windridge. the only perk is that its extremely affordable, but this is greatly outweighed by the fact that it is the most unsanitary place i've every lived. when i move out at the end of september i am strongly going to consider calling the health department. also, the completely useless and incompetent pest control guy is a deviant who will look down your shirt after he sneaks-aka opening the door while knocking- into your apartment to NOT spray for bugs (of which there are many). the airconditioning barely works, so be prepared to spend upwards of $140 per month trying to cool your poorly insulated crap shack. there was a gap in between my front door and the door jam that is over 2 inches wide (and this is after it was repaired). also, there are frequently drunks and drug addicts roaming around the parking lots (there was one woman that went from door to door asking people to give her alcohol when her boyfriend refused, so she would drink it behind the dumpter of the gas station across the street). this includes domestic abuse, so be prepared to see the police here at least once a month. i once saw a young teenager jumping on the hood of someones car. this place ruined my life.

I live at Windridge and I have never had any of the problems that this person has mentioned other than the dog poop. My electric bill is always under $100.00 a month and that includes during the summer. I walk around the apartment complex with my daughter while she rides her bike/scooter and I have never encountered any drunk or drug addicts on the complex. There are no bugs in my apartment and the pest control man has never done anything perverted to me. I rarely see any cops on the property and have not heard from anyone of any break ins or anything. I called the sheriff dept. before I moved in to check the crime in the complex and it was very minimal at that time. These things may be true, but I have never experienced any of them at my place.

I live in Windridge apartments now and just about everything the first person said are true. Whenever I ask to get something fixed it takes like 3 months and there are always these spiders and huge roaches in my apartment, despite how clean I keep it. The leasing office is extremely rude and there are parties in the building next to me almost every night. I hate is here and cant wait to leave in 2 months

there are drug addicts there!! I have overheard the maintenece staff talking about going into apartments to fix stuff and finding people smoking dope etc. and then they did nothing about it. great stuff eh?
