We have lived here at Windridge for 3 years now. We have not had any major problems. Any time that we have needed anything repaired it has been fixed correctly in a timely manner. One time we had to wait almost a week to have something fixed, however we understand that there are other people that need things fixed besides us and since it was nothing major it was understandable. The office staff has always been very pleasant from the time we moved in and still is whenever we need to have something fixed or go in to pay our rent. I was reading the other reviews and we do not have any bugs at our place. Having lived in Florida my entire life it is not anything unusual to see a bug here and there during the rainy season. Windridge does offer and pay for pest control to come into your unit once a month. I have met and spoken with the pest control guy several times. He has never done or said anything that would lead me to believe that he is a pervert of any sort. He comes in, treats the apartment for bugs and leaves. It is a quiet community and we plan to stay here until we decide to purchase a home. Until then we are happy to call Windridge our home.
