I moved in loving this complex, I loved the laid back friendly attitude of the manager (Lisa), all of my neighbors were friendly and the maintenance was great. This is my second year, and suddenly we have this new manager who is the ----- from hell. She writes nasty letters to residents (including eviction threats for stupid things like not being home for pest control because I should stay at home 9-5 waiting for him). The management overall has a bad attitude. I had concerns about property damage because of rebuilding, and rather than Mrs. Tillisy being concerned for the welfare of my home, she snapped at me for bothering her. I suppose the customer isn't always right when you have them trapped in a 12 month lease. This place is becoming terrible. I hope the manager gets fired soon.
