if you like bugs, frogs in your toilet, leaking ceilings, early morning lawn mower alarm clocks, no privacy (they hand out your keys to anyone who 'needs to get in' to work), community mailbox, and dirty washer/dryer room.. this is the place for you!

supposedly under new management.. you'd be a sucker to buy a condo here

I have lived here since 3/2006 and ONE time I saw a roach. Once. And what is so bad about a community mailbox?
