I've been living here for almost 3 years and I have to say the quality of life here has decreased rapidly from when I first moved in until now. I've been complaining about the squirrels crawling around in my walls for 2.5 of those years (They're still there). In the past year alone, my toilet has broken 5 times (still broken--the maintenance guy actually showed me how to jiggle the interior lever as opposed to fixing it); my air conditioner was broken for several months and took 6 complaints from me before it was fixed; my kitchen sink was clogged for two months before it got fixed and then was leaking for a few days after that until that was fixed; I've had water damage on the creases of my walls that I've complained about because the cosmetic adjustments to my porch left a hole that was actually spray foamed to fix; and I couldn't go out on my porch for a month (crucial during the "Your AC isn't really broken" phase) because they hadn't replaced the screens on my porch and 4 wasps nests were forming in each corner of the porch and I'm allergic to wasp/bee stings. All complained about. Some of this is still actually broken. And now, on the one vacation I take during the year, I don't even get the pleasure of enjoying my sleep because the roofing team they hired might as well have been the damned cast of Riverdance....all to get the response of, when queried, "We don't know how long this is going to take...We can't give you an estimate of how long the roofing process is going to last...We don't plan repairs around our residents (which is obvious because I've been complaining about this for the last 2 years)...Sorry for the inconvenience but too bad."

Besides the trouble I've had with the sheisty management, where, on one occassion, I handed in rent 1.5 weeks early and they didn't tell me it was the wrong format until my 3-day eviction notice, letting me accrue several days worth of late charges so they could make more money off my dilemma. This place is horrible.

Volleyball Court' Where is it' I've never seen it. The Hot tub' You mean, the Not Tub, which is actually not secluded from the rest of the pool and the water is cold. Raquetball Courts' They recently started sweeping them out but I actually used to spend the first 20 mins of playing sweeping up the courts. And don't ask about the lights in there....they haven't worked in years.

In the past year, I have had to call the police two times on my drunken, fighting neighbors. One time when they got into a fight on the outer landing as I was returning home from grocery shopping and were throwing beer bottles at each other. The second time I was lucky enough to be in my living room when all of a sudden I hear screams coming from next door where a woman is screaming "GET OUT!" and a guy was screaming "PUT THE KNIFE DOWN!" When I spoke to the Police, they instructed me to inform Windridge of the situation. Which I did. Which they did nothing about.

This place used to be nice. I was very excited to have my first apartment. Unlike other people who are just here while they're in school, this was my first apartment after college. And it used to be a wonderful place to live. However, this place has rapidly devolved into a sh*thole. And if I tried to think of a euphemism for living here, unfortunately, sh*thole is all I walk away with.

Buyer beware. You would be stupid to buy a condo here. As soon as my lease is over, I'm getting the hell out.

If you want to know wher the volleyball court is, it is next to the swimming pool.

Wow, it's funny how much people lie and exagerrate on here. I do get annoyed with the constant contruction that is never going on when they tell you it will. I had my porch pressure washed a week or so later than they said and therefore had plants and candle holders broken. I think that has been the worst of it. The lights have always worked, and if my light by my stairs goes out, it is replaced right away.... The pool is really nice, and the tun part is nice as well. Some people are just miserable and blame the complex.
