I have lived at Windridge for 4 years now and I have seen the quality go downhill too much in that time. Of course, the price has done nothing but go up!!
O.K., where to start.... The management staff changes every 6 months or so, therfore, you can never get consistent service from them. Some have been o.k., but they seem to last the shortest amount of time. They tried to get me to sign a lease with the wrong rental term on it and were annoyed when I wanted it corrected!! They supposedly have a night time complex attendant for such things as problem behavior after hours, but I rarely get any results when I call the number for this person. Don't bother bringing up any issue on the weekends, because the staff won't bother with it then. They do nothing about noisy tenants here. The fixes to anything that breaks are just stop gaps to make it work a little while longer. Workers took the screens down on every balcony months ago and won't give any estimate on when they will go back up (even though they no longer work on the place). The clientele has gotten decidedly shady lately and the number of shopping carts littering the surrounding property has grown quite a bit. The volleyball court is a pile of sand with a ratty net, the racquet ball court is a dump and there is no "hot" tub. My lease is up soon and I will not be staying.

You don't have to wait for your lease to end, you can do a lease buyout. I have lived here for a year and haven't had much of a problem.

I agree the staff changes way too much. A different person is there every time go in the office. But I have not experienced too many problems here and I have lived here over a year. Why would you live at a place for 4 years if it was so bad?
