I put up with many problems during my time at Windridge but when my ceiling collapsed I decided it was time to break my lease. I woke up one morning to find water cascading down in the living room onto my TV and other home electronics. I immediately called the office to report this emergency and called again 20 minutes later when no one had shown up. I was told someone would be by sometime after lunch. I spoke with my upstairs neighbor to find out what had happened and he told me he had called the office 2 hours previous when the problem started. 5 Hours after the initial call someone arrived, much too late to do anything. Maintenance cut into the ceiling to find the problem and at that point a 5'X4' section collapsed onto my couch and coffee table. I decided to move out at that point and by the time I had my stuff out a week later no one had shown up to do any repairs or even check on the hole in the ceiling! I guarantee that when they finally do something they will cut as many corners as possible. If you must rent here do not take apt. 807.
