I have lived here for two years. The management is not great- they keep switching it around. However, I really have like my apartment. They have pest control come out every month and if there are any maintenance problems, they fix it right away. The renovations they have done have been nice- landscaping, etc. The fitness center looks great, but they haven't let anyone use it yet. The second (top) floor is best- vaulted ceilings and no one can see into your place. I have two children and have enjoyed raising them here. I've never heard of any shootings happening here and I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I'm here all the time. I've never had any safety issues at all except for one time a neighbor didn't have his dog on a leash.
