I ve lived here for almost three years and I am moving because this place has really gone downhill. If you absolutely have to live here, be advised that you will experience loud, inconsiderate residents. These people blast loud Spanish and rap music all day and drive these little crap box cars with those loud mufflers. They drive these cars through and all around the complex like it was the flipping Indy 500. There also some large breed aggressive dogs here. The office staff states that they have a policy against residents owning certain breeds but it is not enforced. Some residents allow these dogs to run around off leash which is in violation of county law. There are certain dogs that start barking at around 5:30-6:00 and sometimes bark non-stop until anywhere between 8:30-10:30. There are only two laundry rooms on property and you will frequently find that when you go to do laundry, some moron has 2/3 of the washers and dryers tied up with their laundry so that there is no room to do yours. This complex is also trying to go condo, and there is no way in heck that I would ever buy here. I implore you in the strongest possible terms not to rent here unless you absolutely cannot afford to live elsewhere.
