Decent Home - Come on people! You get what you pay for, this is no East Lake Estates. I have never had an issue with maintenance and have had to call 3 times in my 2 years of living here. If its a real emergency he will come right away, otherwise don't expect him to come that day to change a lightbulb. In case you havent noticed, its just him so be a little patient. Not too bad - Very good location, right next to bus stop PSTA & PCPT (Pasco), Publix, McDonalds, Big Lots, and many more stores and restaurants. Many people keep to themselvs and some are friendly. my place i truly love it here. the staff is great. the rent is correct amt for this area & below alot of them. any maintenance call i make is handled immediately, no matter how important it is. any place you go will have some noisy neighbors or kids around, unless you go too a 55 place.

Dont live here !! This place seems nice on the outside and looks good but is old, moldy and flea infested. The staff seems friendly but doesn't get the jobs done-alot of broken down stuff and it seems they let anyone who can pay $25.00 move in. It is not a safe place alot of police calls

Good Experience Liver there for one year and had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helped to get us in. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Not as friendly but efficient. Management worked with us to move due to my handicap. Had an upstairs apartment and needed to get away
