Good apartment for a good price! I have lived at Boardwalk going on 4 years now! I have visited other complexs (where friends lived) and Boardwalked has suited me best. Its a fully furnished apartment in a great area. All the other complexs' are located near the University which is 1.CONGESTED

New manager worse than old Renter beware!!!!!!! She worked at Avalon heights and was firedform there and the other college place on 56th street. My friends left avalon cuase of her and now for some reason they hire her. Do they not do background checks on the people they hire??????
