we love our apartment home here at Riverchase. It is quiet, and the staff is great. I love living so close to the Hillsboroug river and watching all the wild life that lives in or around it. We are close to shops, schools and much more.

Great place to call home I have lived here about 4 years and like it. I have a second floor apartment with a small balcony. It has a washer/dryers which is a great plus!!! The staff is nice and they fix things in a timely manner. Great places to shop nearby.

My roommate and I moved in a year ago and have been pleased so far. For the other apartment communities in the area, this is the best for the price. Maintenance has always been helpful, I love that I can pay my rent online, and the entire staff is friendly and courteous.

Incompetent Office Staff/Burglarized Premises My roommate's car has been broken into once and vandalized twice. Police can't do anything about it and have said that this is not uncommon for this complex. Last fall our front door was kicked in and our entire entertainment center stolen.

nice safe place. free washer and dryer. i approve. It's great that the apartment came with a washer and dryer, and i'm close to tampa where i work. there's a private off-leash dog park which is certainly a plus, and it's a nice safe place here with a clubhouse and fitness

Really nice and quiet place to live. I have been living here for about a year and we just renewed our lease for another year. We have had no complaints whatsoever since we moved in. The staff and maintenance are fast and respectful. It's a huge complex, nice tennis courts, very nice
