I love my apartment and it looks expensive but I can afford it making less than 1500 a month. Sometimes I do hear my neighbors but security has improved a lot. Horrible place! - Living here for 2 years and seeing the property went from very bad to worst. Outside paint is peeling. Parking lot is getting a new pothole about every other month. Most of the outdoor lamps are broken. The entrance doors are unlocked, the building is open 24/7! I looked in Orlando and Brevard county finding very few places I would want to call home. After seeing Royal Oak Arms I loved it... fairly small complex, nice court yard, great residents and it´s peaceful with on site management who seem to like to keep it that way.
