02/17/2013	At first you think "oh I could live here!" but then you move in and realize you made a mistake. like I did. * The elevator is almost always broke. So if you live on the upper floors you will have to take the stairs. * When you do use the elevator, you are taking a chance as the elevator is out of date and there is no certificate of operation. so really you are taking a huge chance that you will not get "stuck" between floors as I did. several times this has happened.
