Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I own a place here and its $200 for association fees! Its crazy and what do we get with that, basic cable and fake plants, come on! I'm living at another place now and I pay no fees and get real flowers and nice grass. the association fees are WAY too expensive.
