NEW MANAGER SUCKS!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
This isn't a bad place to live if your are on sec. 8. Barbara is very nice and always a pleasure to deal with, but the new manager is something else. She is always rude, and doesn't know what is going on. While Mrs. Barbara was on vacation she didn't even keep the office open. That is how much she likes to interact with the residents.
