Its not management its the few unruly, uneducated residents that give the whole complex a bad name. I moved here from out of the area and the manager was nothing but helpful, she was working with no help and dealing with a select few of low life residents that simply just cant be pleased. She did the best a human could do to make residents, comfortable and keep it a good place to live. With so many apartments and only 1 maint. worker what do you expect. I am sad that she moved on because she was a good person and a better manager.

They said the new manager is awful. She has taken over the old managers life. Dating her exboyfriend . This complex is not good anymore since the old management left. I would not recommend it to anyone it is trashed and looks bad. You cant get anything fixed and she will not return calls because she is too busy dating residents. I have wrote the city to complain about her and the owner. This complex was on the right track when the old manager was there. She has moved on to much better these days. She is greatly missed. Oh by the way..she was never arrested or charged with anything.

I think it is a shame that names have to be mentioned.The fact that she was accused is as bad as the act itself. That review was not written by Kim, I am , unfortunately still a resident of this god awful place. I know who the new manager is, and man the owner just keeps getting worse with his decisions as to who is going to run this place.3 managers in less than a year. That old manager atleast stayed for over a year putting up with the crap this place offers day in and day out.I just wish it was clean and somewhat quiet. I know it cant be quiet because of all the kids. But at nightthe kids should be sleeping or atleast inside.I have talked to a few residents and they tell me the owner and new manager are getting on track with evicting the losers that dont pay rent.So maybe it will get better, as for now it is what it is.
