So I've lived here for just under a year now, and I have to say things are starting to look up! Since the previous manager left crime and loitering are becoming less and less of an issue and most of the time things are quiet here. Don't get me wrong there are still issues but these problems can only be corrected so fast. Keep up the good work!

Oh yeah crime has gone down...But did you know there is a child molestor living there? The previous manager would have never rented to someone like that. And as far as the new manager goes she has rented to the same people that the old manager evicted. Get the facts, ask around.The new manager is too busy with the old managers boyfriend to even be the slightest concerned with residents, I had a problem and she would not return my call, cant say that about Kim, she was always there.

You'll be happy to know crime is down to about 0% now and no registered sex offenders live here - I have kids and would not live here if one did. My kids play in the common areas with other kids and the property has new management with no boyfriend issues.
