This place has reached a new low. The office manager doesn't have a clue what she's doing and the maintenance 'person' does no maintaining at all because he spends his day pretending to be the owner and interfering with his wife (the office manager). Beware if you decide to rent here because they employ the local drug dealers and entrust them with the master keys to the apartments.....it's no wonder that so many people come home to find their valuables missing. The place needs to be closed down, condemned.

I have never had a problem with management or the maitenance supervisor and these apartments are not mastered as it is against the law to do master keys in the USA anymore (code enforcement informed me). I know the maintenance helpers and they are not drug dealers - far from it! They are family oriented people who enjoy fishing in their free time. I don't know what it was like in April 2008, but now - in May of 2009 this is a nice quiet place to live.
