When my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to live in Titusville, we looked all over, from various other apartments to houses, but it wasn't until we found Mayfair Villas that we felt we were home. From the great staff to the quiet location, this has been the best place that we have lived in a very long time. The staff is amazing, Donna is friendly and knowledgable, but most importantly a great communicator, something that is rare these days with apartment managers, and Jeff and his crew are awesome guys!! Whenever anything has gone wrong or even the most minor of things, they are right on top of it with a smile and most times a good joke to go with the great service. Even better, Jeff and Donna are a husband and wife team that live right here on site, making contact with them super easy, even when its to just say hi. If you are looking for a great place to live at a great price, then this is definately it!!
