If you're looking for an affordable apartment, this is the place to go. You can't get a better value than this, and still feel secure and welcome. The staff here is excellent (husband/wife duo who live here on site). The maintenance guy is always willing to help, he's always ready with a joke, and the manager is a wonderful lady who is both friendly and knowledgeable. They make security a priority and make sure the tenants are taken care of.

Yeah, the place still needs some work (new owner and management are in the process of renovating units for new tenants), but with a little elbow grease I can't complain.
