The owners and management have worked very hard to create a nice place to live. When I was looking to move back to Titusville, I had seen an advertisement for Mayfair Villas. This complex used to be an unsafe and unsavory place to live, despite being in one of Titusville's most charming areas.

I decided to check it out anyway, and to my surprise, the complex is like a whole new place. The apartments are nice (older, however, but renovated), and the management staff could not be more caring and accommodating people. Neighbors are nice and quiet, and it feels like a community in and of itself. The price is certainly right, and the owner and staff make a great effort to constantly improve the property.

I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Check it out for yourself.
