First of all when I was apartment searching, I seen these places come up and I was VERY skeptic to even come out and look. This place has a very bad reputation for being a ghetto, Horrible mangers, Horrible people, extc. I didn't even want to look I told my husband he was crazy. Well I will tell you one thing I am so very glad that I came to look at this place and here's why......
NOW these places are not only affordable, but they are also clean, quiet, and most of all SAFE. The new management team here, Jeff and Donna, a church going married couple, have busted their butts to make this a quiet and safe place for people to raise their families. They are working on it every day to continue to make it better and get the RIGHT people in here. Donna is a very sweet, charismatic, helpful lady who would do anything for you to make sure you are happy. Jeff is the ENFORCER He does not take anyone's crap. He insures the safety of his residents and also does whatever it takes to make them happy. When I was looking for a place here they bent over backwards to get me in here immediately and to get me the EXACT place that would best fit me and my family. Jeff does the maintness here and I will tell you what, I have not had many things that needed to be fixed so far, BUT if I need him it's done THE SAME DAY!! Unless he needs to order a part. ANY problems with the apartment or things break I go to Jeff and it's immediately taken care of. He even helps me other then apartment needs! He's given me a new window, new peep hole, and done other things in the matter of 2 days. He's fast and efficient in what he does. There is no Half-fast with this man! He gets it done right.
As far as the apartments go they are nice and actually big in size for a 2 bedroom. They have a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchens are nice and spacious which was a must for me.
In the night you hear NOTHING! It's quiet to where you'd hear a pin-drop! No noise during the day either! The NEW tenants here live their lives as well all do and are quiet peaceful people.
To end this I will say I Extremely recomend this place to people who are just looking to quietly raise their families and who want a safe environment. I think this is a wonderful place to raise children. Jeff and Donna actually screen people before they let them in here and they are working very hard everyday to make this place a better place. They are great people and a wonderful management team. Please don't believe what you hear. Come and check it out for yourself and make your own judgments. I'm so glad I did because I am very happy here.
