Morningside is a great place for someone who is on a low income to start their life. The people are very friendly and it was a very safe place for my children. I actually made friends with the managers because of my kids always hanging out with theirs. The first thing i noticed was how quiet it was not having anyone above or below me in these apartments. It made a huge difference when i had to go to bed early on a friday or saturday night. The property as a whole is normally pretty quiet and the maintenance staff is very friendly and always on call. They were very quick to act when i put in a work order. I found it very reassuring when i saw the owners of the property dropping by on a weekly basis. This showed that they truly care about me and all of the other tenants at Morningside. The property's new owners however turned Morningside into a safe, quiet, and friendly place for me and my family.
