All apartments are on ground floor. We feel safe here. It is not a bad area, the management and maintenance people do a good job. Many of the people living here have been here for years. Many residents put out potted plants and take pride in their yard area. Have made friends with some of the neighbors. Have never seen police called in but have seen them patrol area at night.

Most apartments have aluminum storm doors with drop down glass or screen. Lots of storage in attic. I believe the construction is by Cardinal (pre-fab) and about 30 years old but well maintained. I believe the rent has gone down in price since we moved in.

Air conditioning units are old, they work well but are not very efficient. My electric bill is higher then expected. There is no wall thermostat meaning all temperature changes to A/C or heat must be done on the A/C unit. There is no A/C venting in bathroom or laundry room.

Small pets allowed although there is a pet deposit. There are about 160 units. There are studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. It is nice that everything is ground floor. You can do a bit of landscaping and everyone has a cement patio and many people have grills. Each apartment has a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. There are also coin operated laundry machines on premises.

Some units have dishwashers and some don't. Most units have ceiling fans.
Not a bad place to live reasonably.
