I lived at North Titusville Gardens (now known as Renaissance Village) for 3 yrs, 2003-2006. This place is definitely full of drugs, loud adults as well as kids, and violence. The police are constantly having to patrol around here. I am on my last month here and the main reason I am moving out is because the management sucks. Don't be fooled by the act that the current landlord puts on, because she and her boss are a bunch of liars and are very unreliable. We have been through so many landlords since I've been here that its ridculous. My toilet is always getting backed up or running water all over my bathroom floor. The only good thing about these apartments is the eat in kitchen in select units. If you are not the type of person who is into drugs, loud music, trash, and liars, then I would not recommend this place to you. Oh and beware they are always increasing the rent, even before your lease is up without proper notice. Everyone over here pays something different, so I don't know what they base the rent on.

Management is good and the only reason you do not like them is because you probably did not pay your rent and got evicted

The review is dead on. Drugs, thugs, noise, garbage everywhere and management that can't seem to do anything - not even fix things that are wrong in apartments! Management = excuses excuses excuses.
