Royal Oak Colony Apartments

Current Resident- A TOTAL MISTAKE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Office staff is rude and dishonest. They tell you what you want to hear, when they decide to tell you anything at all. There are new owners as of the beginning of the month with the same unwillingness to cooperate with and help tenants as the previous owners and existing on-site staff. We have lived here for six months and cannot wait until our lease is over in six more. They are extremely reluctant to exterminate, and some maintenance requests have been either denied or ignored. According to the City of Titusville, the water charged to the tenants of this complex is at least 2x more than the average water bill of any other resident of Titusville and they receive phone calls monthly concerning the water bills- even though this is private property and the city has no jurisdiction here. If we could go back and choose another apartment to live in, we would definitely do it. DO NOT be deceived by the large floor plan and nice looking exterior. Everything changes when you become a resident- just ask Crystal and Judy, our lovely office employees. (Don't expect an honest answer.)
