Royal Oak Colony Apartments

Never in a pink fit ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   What started out as a great and convenient place to live turned 180 degrees when the complex changed hands. The original staff were fingers on the pulse people but with the new management it's a sad case of sitting on thier hands. Nothing is done in a timely manner and service by staff is less then non existent. The "new" renovations supposedly done are cover ups and cosmetic, as the complex is in need of more than "renovation". Seen from the eyes of one in the building trade, I would not recommend this complex to anyone anymore. Sad to say but true.
