First off, I am an actual tenant, not employed with this company.
My husband was transferred to Titusville and we had to find an apartment asap. I searched high and low and did not find anything acceptable, until I came here. What a place! It feels more like a condo than an apartment. It's not perfect and the rent is a little high, but for the security that this place offers and the beautiful surroundings it is well worth it.
There is still a lot of construction going on but it really is not much of a nuisance at all. The walls that keep noise out from the outside are thick and the noise is minimal. The walls between apartments leaves a little to be desired but not too bad.
The staff is great, respond quickly and are eager to make you feel at home.
There are some things that they skimped on a bit, no medicine cabinets, the carpeting is low grade, but really great features outweigh the low points. Very nice w/d included at no extra cost, our electric bill for a 2/2 with 9 ft ceilings is only $125 a mo., and we keep our apartment COLD and we do 1 or 2 loads of laundry a day! We have an outdoor storage unit on the porch that is so handy. I love our patio too. No parking problems at all.
Come and check it out, if you can afford it, get it.
Update-Feb 7th 2006-still love it, the place is really coming together.
May 7th, 2006- still love it here, now that I have gotten to know the area better this place is a great deal! The complex is finished now and it is so nice. We have a car wash, and picnic area and a path around the complex, and the gates have been working for 2 months now and they are actually closed. I have been to/lived in many places that have gates but they never work or are just left open all of the time. The pool is always crowded but oh well, you can't have it all. The people that I have met at the complex are really nice.
