If you are thinking that spending the extra money that it costs to live at Summerhill will be worth it because of the facilities and amenities then you would be advised to spend your money more wisely elsewere. The pool, while beautiful to look at, has spent most of the Summer out of use and the hot tub is nearly always cold. The gym, consists of 3 cardio pieces of equipment and at least one or two of these pieces will be out of use for weeks at a time. I am now having to pay out for membership at a local gym as the facilities here are never working. The office staff are friendly enough but wring their hands and say that there is nothing more they can do other than try and patch things up until the next time. You will, however, get a mothly newsletter telling you just how much they "love" you and really want to hear your feedback... they just won't do anything about it!

We have lived here for three years and we love it. The apartments are bright, cheerful and well equipped. The grounds are well maintained on a regular schedule. The defining difference, however, is in the quality of the staff. They are not only genuinely friendly but also highly responsive. I have lived in Titusville for over twenty years, and I consider Summerhill home.
