The apartments look nice, unfotrunately the are very prroly insulated and the trains are a nightmare, rumbling and shaking the apartment. A worker in the office, seems to think of themself as better than the rest, treating tenants(myself anyway) with disrespect and ignorance. I would not recommend living here.

On the lgihter side, the maintenance person is wonderful, the only sensible worker there, always responding right away, and treating the customer with respect. The office worker needs to realize that we (the tenants) are the customer and it is not a privilage to live there, it is not that great, very out-dated.
The parking lot seems to be annualy black-topped, it would be nice to invest the $$ to actually fix the cracks and holes instead of simply covering them up, conbined with their irresponsible use of the sprinkler system it provides very poor traction, on foot or vehicle. They will only assign one space per apartment, paying for the larges apartment they have, you would think that a sensible place would have adequate parking for each spouse'
Honestly the apartment isn't bad, it seems nice because of the lack of decent competition in Titusville.
The trains are umbareable, an office worker is a holy terror to deal with, insulation is non-existant, (2nd floor) flooring is uneven and shifts with each step creaking and breaking seal throughtout the apartment from the excessive amount of paint on the door frames, and very over priced for the amount of inefficiency they provide from these out-dated buildings!

Business wise, the company is unethical, automatically keeping part of your security deposite, without regard to the condition of the apartment, then charging for erronious fixes.
To add to that, having learned from my lack of inexperience, the refused to show the apartment before the "day of contract" saying it is Florida law, which is false, I did some research after that sounded fishy... They also NEVER fixed the deficiency checklist from moving in (thing not working or broken/unsafe), we spent the entire lenght of our lease with exposed wiring, faulty door knobs, and a screen door which I fixed myslef - I thought that is one reason you rent, so it's not your responsibility'

LASTLY, I CANNOT REITERATE ENOUGH DO NOT MOVE THERE, MAYBE THEY WILL GET THE HINT AND BRING THE PLACE UP TO DATE & STANDARD!!!

I wasn't allowed to see my apartment either! Biggest mistake I made. I would never have moved in if I had seen it first. They lied about so many things.
