Nice spot, and the management cares.

OK - it's the best of the low-budget bunch. The only real drawback is the proximity to the RR tracks, but that can be said for most of Titusville. The folks that run the place put in a great effort.

The floors can be creaky - go for a top floor apt if possible! Great neigborhood, good for running or skating.
