Every unit is only allowed 1 parking space. This means if you have 2 cars, you are supposed to park in the visitors? parking space. Well, each building only has 3 extra spaces. That's right-you are not allowed to have company because there isn't even enough parking for the tenants!
Apartments are not very sound proof. I can hear my neighbors all the time. It's pretty bad when you can hear your neighbor yawning in the morning. Imagine everything else you can hear! The people that just moved in upstairs above me must have exercise classes all day long, lots of stomping going on.
There have been 2 apartments broken in from the sliding glass doors since I?ve lived here. Not really the Villas fault, but I don?t feel real safe with that happening.
The grounds are kept up, but infested with fleas. Never in 8 years have I had such a problem with my dog. They really should spray the grounds for fleas.
Plumbing is a problem here. Both tubs in my bathrooms leak. They come and fix it and it leaks again in another few weeks. Water is not cheap in Titusville. I don?t thinks it?s the maintenance mans fault, he does a good job. There just too cheap to fix it the right way.
One more thing, be careful what you put on your patio, because you?re being watched-like they don?t have better things to do'
