My wife and I have lived here for 8 years. It is the best place in Titusville, by far! We could fill up this space with praises. There is absolutely nothing that we've ever requested, that hasn't been immediately taken care of. This is the best group of people running this place. They care about you. Some of the rules, some might think are strict. They're there for a reason. Why do you think this place is so awesome' We have nothing be great, kind things to say about this place. Let's put it this way, in the 8 years we've lived here our rent has increased by $210 and we just signed another 12 months lease. You cannot get any better place or any better staff. We'd live here forever if we could.

Why would anybody want to live in an apartment for 8 years or forever? No privacy, no closet space, no parking, (perhaps they never have company over) and the manager, Kathy, could care less about the parking problem. She can't wait to call for a tow truck on Friday nights. I have lived here for 6 months and in that time everybody in my building (8 apartments) except for 1 apartment has moved out. What does that say? Looks to me like the management is writing these reviews.
